Please follow the steps listed below to set up your organization's EFT for scholarship payments
1. Establish an EFT Account with Arizona State University
Email your request to set up an EFT account to scholarshipfunds@asu.edu. If your organization requires ASU to complete a certification form please attach the form to your email.
Once your paperwork/request has been completed by our office, we will reply to you with the appropriate account information for EFT payments.
2. Notify Arizona State University of Payment
Submit your electronic payment to Arizona State University at scholarshipfunds@asu.edu with the following information:
1. Name of organization
2. Student name(s)
3. Student ASU ID number(s)
4. Amount of the scholarship
5. Term in which payment should be applied (i.e. fall term, winter term, or full academic year). Unless otherwise noted, ASU will apply funds to the full academic year, dividing them equally between the two standard academic year terms.
ASU will continue to process physical checks for organizations that elect not to use the EFT option.
