A physical ASU ID card or an ASU Mobile ID costs $25. No fee is required for defective cards, retired employees, or emeritus staff.
- Benefits-eligible employees: Your first ID fee is waived. The ID serves as employee identification and provides door access where needed.
- Foundation employees, military faculty and religious affiliates: Your first ID card fee is waived.
- Stolen cards: The $25 ID card fee may be waived if the cardholder presents Sun Devil Card Services staff with a valid police report at the time of the new card request. Reports will not be accepted after a replacement card has been printed.
