Students are expected to help ensure that Arizona State University is an environment that is focused on academic success, personal growth, and maintaining a positive and productive campus community. The possession and consumption of alcohol at Arizona State University is prohibited regardless of the age of the student, this includes Vista Del Sol.
If you are found to be in possession of alcohol or other drugs, the situation will be documented and referred to the
Office of Student Rights & Responsibilities for possible sanctioning that could range from completing an educational project to removal from the residence halls.
All students are expected to be informed of and educated on their rights and responsibilities as part of being a member of the Arizona State University community. You will need to review the
Student Code of Conduct and
University Housing policies prior to living on campus.
