Am I still going to have to pay fees for services or activities I can’t use such as the recreation fee and the student athletics fee?

ASU fees are assessments established by student leadership in support of student activities. It is important to note that these fees, while a helpful and important contribution from students, do not cover the full operating expenses of these services.

Specifically with regard to recreation fees and athletics fees, the Sun Devil Fitness Center is open for fall.

The entire ASU student community contributes to the cost of these programs and services, though personal usage from semester to semester may vary. We share in supporting the programs used by all, just as we share in using the programs — choosing the ones that best serve our personal interests at any particular point in the student journey.
