Information
Occasionally, you may fail or need to withdraw from a class. The priority is to keep you on track to graduate and to give you the flexibility you need to do that.

The Starbucks College Achievement Plan will cover up to 135 credit hours for all grade levels. The credit maximum will include classes that you failed or withdrew after the 100% tuition refund deadline.

It is important you are cautious regarding withdrawals as it may impact you in the future with respect to maintaining Satisfactory Academic Progress. If you are not meeting SAP, you will be ineligible for your SCAP benefits, until you appeal and are approved for probation. Then, your SAP will be monitored every semester until you are meeting SAP. The SCAP benefits are tied to maintaining SAP.

You may track your program maximum status on My ASU under the SCAP box. Contact your academic advisor, listed under the Academic Support Team on My ASU, to ensure you are on track to graduate within the program maximum.
