Issue
The Chrome browser does not display the Blackboard Voice audio player, or displays a black box.
Java
Voice Tools use Java to load and run properly. Java is not supported in Chrome. See How to Install and Update Java on your device.
Workaround
Update Java and use an alternate web browser, such as Firefox, with Blackboard Voice.
