CISA's 4+1 Programs

Save time, tuition and easily transition into grad school with our accelerated master's degree programs, previously known as 4+1 degrees.  Sharing 12 credit hours across the undergraduate major and graduate program, you earn your master’s in one year rather than two. (You also pay undergraduate tuition for those 12 credits rather than graduate tuition).

• A minimum 3.0 GPA is required but there is no entry exam. You apply for the program after you have completed at least 75 credit-hours in your undergraduate degree — but you can begin planning early to build the accelerated master's degree program into your college journey
• The accelerated master's degree program pathway is available for these College of Integrative Sciences and Arts bachelor's degree programs. Find out if your degree qualifies, and then take the next step -- we'll get you connected with the right person to guide your planning.
• Graduate level courses will only be eligible to fill any general elective credits you still have remaining in your Undergraduate degree. Graduate level courses cannot be used towards specific undergraduate degree requirements.
