Yes. Hangtag permits are moveable from one car to another, with the exception of rental cars.
Please note: All vehicles that display the permit are registered first with PTS through your parking account found on
parking.asu.edu.
Please be aware that citations issued to vehicles with a permit displayed are the responsibility of the permit holder,
not the driver or vehicle owner.
