Can I Substitute Another Course for SOS 300 in the Sustainability Minor?

The School of Sustainability rarely approves requests to substitute another course for the SOS 300 requirement in the Sustainability minor.

To make this request, please follow the steps below:

1. Download the School of Sustainability Standards Petition
2. Under College Specific Petitions check the box for Other and explain your request
3. In the large blank area on the next page, give a detailed explanation for which course you would like to substitute, and why you are requesting the substitution
4. Attach any necessary supporting documents and include a copy of the course syllabus
5. Once you have fully completed your petition, please submit it to SOSAdvising@asu.edu or in-person at the School of Sustainability Student Services Center in WGHL Suite 108

Please note:  You should expect a decision within two weeks of submission and will be notified by ASU email of the decision. The notification will be sent to your ASU email address, so it's important that you check your ASU email on a frequent and consistent basis.
