International ULC Learner Eligibility

1. Can international learners take Universal Learner Courses?
   1. Yes, with a few exceptions: learners cannot be located in a country that has restrictions on applicable embargoes and sanctions issued by the U.S. government. Learners hoping to use Universal Learner Courses for ASU admission would need to complete the application for international students.
