University Housing residence halls and apartment communities are secured by ISAAC, Arizona State University's electronic door access system. Access is granted only to authorized residents and community members.
Your residence hall or apartment access is automatically activated on your **ASU ID** approximately 30 minutes after you complete the check-in process at your assigned community.
If you experience issues accessing your residence hall or apartment with your ASU ID, please contact University Housing at 480-965-3515. To help troubleshoot the issue, be prepared to provide your name, ASU ID number, and the number printed on your physical ASU ID card.
