University Housing residence hall and apartment communities are secured by ISAAC, the Arizona State University door access system, which controls access to only authorized members of the community.
Access to your residence hall is automatically activated onto your Sun Card or Pitchfork Card approximately 30 minutes after you check in at the front desk of your residence hall.
If you live in a residence hall, for assistance with card access, please contact University Housing at (480) 965-3515 or send your name, student identification number, and the number on the back of your Sun Card to DL.WG.RL.ISAAC@exchange.asu.edu.
If you need immediate assistance, call the ISAAC Service Center at (480) 727-1327. If you have ASURITE NT(faculty/staff) access, you can check your Segment Manager in this list (the person in charge of access for the building you would like to access).
