Overview
Advancing the well-being of the ASU community is a full team effort. We are developing a Community of Care, where we recognize that our actions impact the lives and health of others. We are taking proactive measures to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 and promote well-being across the community.

There are three ways to complete a health check:

  1. ASU Mobile App on your smartphone. This is the primary way to complete a health check.

  2. The healthcheck.asu.edu website.

  3. Calling ASU’s Experience Center at 844-448-0031.
