RA/TA benefits will show up under Payments on your My ASU. They will also display under your financial aid as an outside resource. This is a placeholder, but not an actual award that disburses; it should match a payment under Payments on your My ASU. Being included under your financial aid awards means that they take up space in your Cost of Attendance (COA). If your other financial aid plus your RA/TA benefits exceed your COA, it can result in an overaward and the potential reduction of other financial aid.
If the benefit is showing on your My ASU as an outside resource but there is no matching payment under Payments on your My ASU, please contact your employer directly. Who your employer is will depend on the specific type of RA/TA position. For questions about this, please contact the Graduate College.
