Does ASU Health Services Accept Insurance?

Yes. ASU Health Services accepts the following major insurance companies:
Aetna (No Banner)
AmeriBen Solutions (No Honor Health)
AZ Complete Health (AHCCCS)
Arizona Foundation for Medical Care
Blue Cross Blue Shield
CIGNA
Greatwest Healthcare
Health Net of AZ (No Ambetter or Allwell)
Humana Tricare West Region
United Healthcare United Healthcare Community Plan (AHCCCS)

ASU Health Services is in contract with the listed insurance companies. ASU Health Services will bill most non-contracted insurance, but there is no guarantee of payment. ASU Health Services has entered into an agreement with these contracted insurance companies to participate in the health plan and to accept a negotiated payment rate. You will be charged the co-pay or deductible amount, and any other amounts not covered by your insurance. The patient will need to contact his or her insurance company if unsure of medical coverage.
