Get Help at ASU by Creating a Case

ASU has enhanced student support tools through a new Service Center in My ASU.

Sign in to My ASU and select the Service Center tab to ask questions, report an issue, and get immediate help.

You can submit your question or request for support online through the My Cases box:
  • Select the New Case button, enter the subject of your request with a short description, and select the Submit button.
  • Once your case has been submitted, your request will be automatically routed to an expert at ASU who will respond to you as soon as possible.
  • A member of the ASU team might contact you if additional information is needed to answer your request.
  • You can check the My ASU Service Center anytime to track the status of your open cases or to view an archive of your closed cases.
