Students who select their room during the self-selection process will receive their housing assignment immediately after confirming their room booking.
Students who are assigned by University Housing outside of the self-selection process will receive their housing assignment as soon as it is confirmed. Assignment notifications are sent automatically to your ASU email, so be sure to monitor your inbox for updates.
Beginning in July, students will also receive an electronic Welcome Packet via their ASU email. The Welcome Packet includes information about your residential community, building amenities, move-in instructions, pre-check-in steps, and what to expect as you prepare to arrive on campus.
