How Do I Become a Notetaker for a Student?

If you are interested in being a notetaker for a student registered with Student Accessibility and Inclusive Learning Services, please follow the instructions below:

Sign Up and Register as a Notetaker

  1. Navigate to the Student Accessibility homepage and select "Notetakers - Notetaker sign up" from the navigation bar or navigate directly to the Notetaker Sign Up Page
  2. Review the important details in the "notetaker application"
  3. Complete all the requested information including full name, ID, and ASU Email address
  4. Use the SAILS portal to input course information, upload notes, and access any relevant information.
  5. If you have additional questions, please contact Student Accessibility for further assistance. You are welcome to email our office at Student.Accessibility@asu.edu or call us at 480-965-1234.
