Effective January 1, 2015, Arizona State University and the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona, signed an agreement to make Thunderbird School of Global Management part of the ASU Knowledge Enterprise. Under the agreement approved by the Higher Learning Commission, ASU has accepted custody of the academic records of Thunderbird School of Global Management and has agreed to provide copies of documents contained in those records upon request.
If you are a former Thunderbird student and need verification of your Thunderbird enrollment or degree, please follow the steps below:
- Email your request to registrar@asu.edu.
- Provide the following information to help us locate your record:
- Your Thunderbird ID, if known
- Your date of birth
- The full name you used while attending Thunderbird
- Any former names you may have used
- Attach a copy of your government-issued photo identification.
- Provide the email address, mailing address, or fax number where you would like the verification letter sent.
Tip: Our standard enrollment verification meets most agency and employer requirements. It includes enrollment status, academic standing, and degree information, if applicable, and is widely accepted by third parties.
University Registrar Services does not complete third-party forms.
Please note: Thunderbird verifications are prepared manually and may take up to three business days to process.
