Students on an F-1 visa who are leaving ASU to attend another U.S. institution are required to complete the SEVIS Transfer Out eForm. This will allow ASU to release their SEVIS I-20 record to the new school.
In order to submit a SEVIS Transfer Out Request, please do the following:
1. Go to http://links.asu.edu/eforms
2. Click on Self-Service Portal and sign in
3. The eForm is located under the F-1 Student Services menu on the left
4. Complete all required information
5. Click Submit
