You can register a new student organization at any time.
- Go to SunDevilSync and click on Sign In with your Campus ID and log in with your ASURITE ID and password. Note: If it is your first time using SunDevilSync you will be prompted to create a user profile.
- Choose Organizations and then select Add Organization.
- Select Register a New Organization.
- Now fill out Basic Organization Info, identify officer information, upload a copy of your constitution. Your faculty/staff advisor will be automatically emailed an Advisor Commitment Form for them to fill out.
- Attend an Information Session for all new student organizations. Please visit the Start a New Organization web page for a date list of upcoming information sessions.
Once the above steps are all complete, your registration will be approved by your respective campus’s student organization office.
