How Do I Use the iGrad Chat Feature for Help?

From My ASU, click on the Finances tab. Next, in the right-hand side of the page you will click the iGrad – Financial Wellness link. From here, a small window pops up next to it with a link to the iGrad dashboard.

Next, in the lower-right corner of the page you will see the circular chat radial button. Click that in order to open the chat feature.

You will see a chat dialogue box pop up, just above the chat radial button. Please insert your ASU email address and question in the chat box, then click Enter.

Once you have posted your question, you will receive a chat response, typically within five minutes. If you are in a rush or have to leave the chat, you can insert your email address in the “Get notified by email” thread that generates upon your first sent message. A representative will respond accordingly to that email.

Remember, you will receive a response typically within five minutes Monday – Friday, between 7am – 5pm, PST. If you are using the chat feature outside of this timeframe, the chat feature will still allow you to submit your question like the instructions above along with your @asu.edu email address. You will be sent an email response to that email the next business day.

To exit the chat, simply click the X in the top-right corner of the chat thread window. At this point, your session has ended.
