How can I complete a health check if I can’t use the ASU Mobile app on my phone?

Information

You can complete a health check at healthcheck.asu.edu or by calling the ASU Experience Center if you are unable to complete the health check on the ASU Mobile App.

To complete the health check on the website, go to healthcheck.asu.edu, make sure you are signed in with your ASURITE ID and click the “submit daily health check” button at the top right.

To complete the health check by phone, contact the Experience Center at 844-448-0031.
