How can a degree program become eligible to participate in the Coverdell Fellows program?

Each year the Peace Corps allows schools to submit applications to add additional programs.  Programs can find information on becoming a part of the fellowship by visiting the Become a Partner University section of the Peace Corps Paul D Coverdell Fellows program webpage.
