Information
Using a landline phone to authenticate will result in using a recorded voice prompt instructing you how to verify. While it is best to use a private landline, you can have multiple people use a common phone number as an authentication device if necessary.

To add a landline, please follow these steps:
  1. Sign in to My ASU
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Click on the Password & Security section of the Account Details box.
  4. Click on the Two-Factor Auth Device Management link.
