If you believe a citation has been wrongly issued, Parking Transit Services (PTS) provides avenues to submit an appeal.

All appeals must be:
- received within seven (7) calendar days from the date the citation was issued (exclusive of the day of issuance)
- sent through an email message to PTS may not be accepted.
All citations may not be eligible for appeal.
