How Do I Appeal My ASU Payment Plan and Late Fees?

The ASU credentials to submit the form form may be used to submit an appeal for ASU Payment Plan Fees ONLY. The applicable charges associated with the assessment of the ASU Payment Plan Fee are tuition, housing, food plans, parking permits, and health insurance. These fees must be paid prior to any appeal consideration. Students must sign in with their ASURITE ID to complete this form.
