How Do I Appeal My ASU Payment Plan and Late Fees?

In order to appeal your ASU Payment Plan and late fees, email ASU Student Business Services at sbs@asu.edu.

In the body of the email, please include your name, ASU ID number, and reason for appeal. In the email subject line, put the appropriate appeal type (e.g. ASU Pplan Fee Appeal or Late Fee Appeal).
