How do I apply for an internship for credit through the College of Integrative Sciences & Arts (CISA) that is not related to the Interdisciplinary Studies IDS 401 requirement?

Information
You can earn between one to nine elective credits of internship by applying for enrollment in a 484 Internship course. The number of credits awarded correlates with the total internship hours earned. To apply, you will need all three of the following documents:
  1. A confirmation letter from your site supervisor on official company letterhead or from their company email. It must include the following information: phone contact, when the internship will take place, and acknowledgement that you will need to complete the required number of hours based on your enrollment request.  
  2. Student Placement Agreement form (completed by internship site)
  3. Completed 484 Credit Sheet 
You have two options to submit your packet: 
  1. You can scan and email the packet to cisa@asu.edu, attention 484 Coordinator
  2. Drop off in person at one of the CISA offices.  Please notate: Attn: 484 Internship coordinator

Downtown Phoenix campus: University Center (UCENT) third floor
Polytechnic campus: Santa Catalina Hall (SANCA) second floor
