How Do I Apply for Graduation?

To apply for graduation, follow the steps below:

1. Register for your final semester
2. Check your degree requirements
3. Log in to My ASU
4. Within the My Programs box, select Graduation tab and click the Apply for Graduation button, as shown below:

     

5. Follow and complete the online application instructions.

Note: A credit card is required to complete your application. See below for applicable fees.
 

Application Deadlines	Filing Fees for Application for Graduation
Fall: October 1 Spring: February 15 Summer: June 15	Undergraduate and graduate: $100 Each additional, concurrent degree: $25 Late fee, if applicable: $35
If the application deadline falls on a weekend or university holiday, the deadline will be extended to the next business day.
