How do I apply for the Medical Laboratory Sciences (MDL) program?

Only students who have been admitted through Phoenix College and who have completed the prerequisite course work, verified by the program director or program advisor, are eligible to apply to this program. The application cycle runs once per year with applications due by mid-September and is released to those who are considered eligible during a specified application cycle.
