When ASU Open Courseware students sign up for an ASURITE, you provide an email address for ASU to send your newly created ASURITE User ID information and activation to. If you no longer have access to this email address, or it was incorrectly entered during registration, then you will need to do the following:
- Email earnedadmission@asu.edu or call 1-844-448-7707
- Inform the support team that you need your email address updated so that you can receive your ASURITE activation email.
- Provide the support team with the correct email address to be updated.
Please allow for 2-3 business days for this request to be processed. Once your email is updated, you will receive an ASURITE activation email at the new address.
