How Do I Order a Replacement Diploma?

You can request a replacement diploma by submitting the Additional Diploma Request form.

Each replacement diploma costs $35.

The diploma will be mailed to the address provided on the request form and will arrive in four to six weeks. An email notification will be sent to the email address provided on the request form once the diploma has been mailed.
