How Do I Verify or Request Proof of Enrollment?

Information
To request proof of enrollment or enrollment verification:

1.  Log in to My ASU and navigate to your My Classes box
2.  Select Grades & Transcripts
3.  Select Transcripts & Test Scores
4.  Select Enrollment Verification

You can select from several options for verification, including your major, earned degrees, and semester and cumulative GPA. Be sure to enable pop-ups to download the PDF. 

 

For special cases such as Canadian/Alaskan forms, transient letters, or when specific details like language of instruction are needed, please submit a request using the Specialized EV form. Check if the standard EV will meet your needs first.
