How do I request a theme course substitution for the Sustainability minor or BIS concentration?

To request a theme course substitution the Sustainability minor or BIS concentration, please email your request to sustainabilityminor@asu.edu.
 
Include the following information in your email:

1. Your full name
2. Your 10-digit ID number
3. The prefix/number and title of the course
4. Write and include at least one paragraph explaining how this course addresses the theme you are requesting it to cover
5. Attach a copy of the course syllabus

You will receive a response to your ASU email account when your request has been processed. Please allow up to two weeks for processing.
