You can submit courses for evaluation in the
Transfer Guide.
Before you submit a course for review, please consider the following helpful hints:
- You can use the Course Equivalency Search to see if a course has already been evaluated
- You do not need to submit all of your courses for review; Academic Transfer Credit Solutions will automatically review most of your courses when the official transcript is processed by Admission Services
- If you need help deciding which courses to submit, review your graduation audit and transfer courses with an academic advisor
- It is always best to provide a detailed syllabus
- We are not able to review international courses until you have completed the course and an official international transcript has been submitted to Admission Services
To
submit a course to the
Transfer Guide, follow these steps:
- If you are an existing ASU student, please Sign In with your ASURITE credentials
- If you are a future transfer student or you have not yet been admitted to ASU, please select the gold Sign Up button at the top of the page to create a Transfer Guide account. You can use your personal email address (Gmail, Yahoo!, etc.)
- Once you are logged in, select the Submit Course for Evaluation link at the bottom of the webpage
- Fill out the Course Evaluation Request form including:
- The name of your transfer institution
- Course prefix and number
- Term and catalog year when you completed the course
- Title of the course
- In the Optional notes field, please indicate the ASU equivalency or outcome you are requesting
- Attach at PDF or Word syllabus, if available
- After you have completed the form, please select Submit for Evaluation
- Once a decision has been made, the results of the evaluation will be sent to you by email, and you can also see our responses in My Transfer Guide
