How do I use Scholarship Universe?

Accessing Scholarship Universe at ASU

1. Who can use it

All admitted and current ASU students can access Scholarship Universe using their ASURITE User ID and password 

2. Logging in

1. Navigate to: https://asu.scholarshipuniverse.com or go via ASU’s Financial Aid & Tuition site.
   
   

2. Sign in with your ASURITE credentials on the portal welcome page 

3. Creating and Completing Your Profile

• Once logged in, complete your academic and personal profile (education level, major, demographics, interests).
  
  

• This enables Scholarship Universe to match you with relevant internal ASU and external (vetted) scholarships .

4. Searching for Scholarships

There are multiple ways to discover opportunities:

• Matches: Scholarships automatically matched based on your profile.
  
  

• Search bar: Located next to your name, search by keywords or tags.

5. Applying for Scholarships

1. Browse your matched and filtered scholarships.
   
   

2. Click Apply, fill out any required essays, upload documents, and submit.
   
   

3. Use your Scholarships tab to:
   
   

   • Track application statuses
     
     

   • See upcoming deadlines
     
     

   • Revisit pinned opportunities

6. Best Practices & Tips

• Apply early to avoid missing deadlines. 
  
  

• Regularly update your profile as more opportunities will appear throughout your ASU journey. 
  
  

• Utilize video tutorials on the Scholarship Universe site for step‑by‑step guidance. 

• Check the FAQ section for help on application issues, award acceptance, renewing scholarships, etc.
