How to check-in for an appointment at ASU Health Services?

Information
All in-person Health Services appointments have a formal check-in process that must be completed at the appropriate check-in desk. Patients should bring a picture ID and their health insurance card to their appointment.

The telehealth check-in process initiates on the Patient Portal by selecting the Appointments tab and then selecting the "check in" button connected to the listed telehealth appointment.
