For walk-in or same day appointments:
- Patients will check in at the main reception desk.
- At the Tempe location, patients will check in at the welcome desk located at the main entrance on Palm Walk.
For recurring visits with primary care providers:
- Established patients can check in with a front desk receptionist.
- At the Tempe location; patients can use the new self-check-in system (O-Tech).
- The O-Tech systems are located on the second floor stair landing near the Primary care waiting area.
- Patients can also check in on the second floor at the Primary Care reception desks.

Please note: New patients, you will need to bring your ASU ID and current insurance card, if applicable. If you do not have an ASU ID, please bring your driver's license or passport. We recommend that new patients arrive 20 minutes before your actual appointment time. As a new patient, you will need to fill out necessary paperwork before your appointment at ASU Health Services.
