Patients seen at ASU Health Services will automatically be charged for all copayments, office visits, lab and x-ray costs to the patient’s My ASU Finance account. Charges will accrue on the patient’s My ASU account approximately two days after he or she was seen at Health Services. Please note that late fees will be charged if the patient has not paid for his or her services on-time.
Patients have two payment options at ASU Health Services, Tempe location:
Pay in-person with a credit card directly after his or her appointment, or within 48 hours of his or her appointment. If a patient plans on paying for office visit and copay charges, he or she should go to the Billing and Insurance Office at the Tempe clinic (on Palm Walk and University Dr.).
Pay for charges through My ASU and accessing the Finance tab. Payment due dates will be listed along with amount due.
