Students utilizing Tuition Assistance (TA) benefits can upload their Tuition Authorization Voucher by following the below steps:
- Visit the Pat Tillman Veterans Center Forms webpage.
- Click on the “Tuition Assistance (TA) Voucher Upload” link under "Forms for Active Duty/Guard/Reserves."
- Select the appropriate term from the drop-down menu and upload your form using the provided link.
Please remember the following when uploading your TA Authorization Voucher:
- Do not upload multiple forms in a single submission to avoid processing delays.
- TA Voucher forms will be processed by Student Business Services.
- Students are encouraged to submit TA Vouchers as soon as their schedule is finalized and as early as possible to expedite benefits being reflected on your ASU student account. If applicable, early submission will also ensure that other financial aid awarded in excess of student accounts charges will be refunded to students promptly.
- For eligible online undergraduate students, a TA Voucher must be submitted to ensure the disbursement of the ASU Military Active Duty and Reservist Commitment Scholarship (MRS.) Once the TA Voucher is received, the MRS will automatically be posted within two weeks after the session start date and no further action is needed.
