How to use the UPS Home 2 Home Shipping Program

The Home 2 Home Program offered through The UPS Store will deliver UPS shipments to your assigned residence hall. Shipping rates are based on size, weight, and distance. For each box shipped, you will be billed the actual rate on your pre-authorized credit card, once the items are shipped. Both Tempe and Polytechnic campuses participate in this program.
  1. Register for UPS Home 2 Home Shipping Program.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Purchase a box kit.
  4. Pack your items following guidelines for good packaging to insure safe delivery of your packages to your new home at ASU.
  5. Log back into this system after packaging your items. Update/confirm your hall and room assignment BEFORE shipping your packages.
  6. Click on "notify The UPS Store at ASU" when you are ready to get your shipping labels. Our UPS Store at ASU will contact you to schedule a UPS pick up and send you your labels.
  7. Your packages will be shipped to the UPS Store at ASU and delivered to your room in your assigned residence hall.
  8. Welcome to your new home! Unpack and relax.
