Yes, if you qualify for both Tuition Assistance (TA) benefits and the Starbucks CAP program, you are welcome to utilize the ASU Military Active Duty and Reservist Commitment Scholarship as well.  TA benefits, like all military and veteran benefits, will reduce your reimbursement from Starbucks.
