Why Am I Receiving an Error When I Try to Access a Test in Blackboard?

Issue

An error "Can't LoadUserTestOptions" displays when you attempt to access the test. See below for an example.

1. When you attempt to access a test by clicking the test link.

    

2. An error is displayed, preventing you from accessing.

    

3. This occurs when a test exception has been granted to a student and that student drops the course.

Please contact the course instructor to ensure your enrollment and test exception status is correct.
