I did not complete two full years of service, am I still eligible for the Coverdell Fellowship?

Information
There are some exceptions that will allow you to apply even if you did not complete your two years of service.  You can read more on those exceptions by visiting the Eligibility section of the Peace Corps Paul D Coverdell Fellows webpage.
