I have not yet completed my service and do not have a signed DOS. What else can I send as proof of service?

Information
You can ask your country director to send a signed letter stating your eligibility and projected completion date so you can be considered for the fellowship.  Once you complete your service, please provide the university a copy of your signed DOS.
