Information
Students who are twice-off-track in their current major may be administratively changed to either the Liberal Studies, BA or Interdisciplinary Studies, BA in the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts.  This only occurs when students do not declare a new major by the deadline provided by their college.

Once your major has been administratively changed, an advising hold will be placed on your MyASU. To clear this hold, schedule a CISA advising appointment.

You have three options for scheduling a CISA advising appointment:
  1. Call our CISA front desk at 480-965-4464 (M-F 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (Arizona time)
  2. If you are a current CISA student, use the online scheduling feature found at MyASU > Academic Support Team > Academic Advising > Schedule an Appointment > 1 hour New/Recent Major Change Appointment
  3. Visit our CISA advising website at https://cisa.asu.edu/advising. You are not assigned a specific advisor and so can meet with the first available advisor who works with students in your designated major.
