Information
If you have made The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Dean's List for any semester, you can retrieve your certificate for printing by following the instructions below:

1. Using any web browser, sign into MyASU using your log-in credentials.

2. Open a new tab or window in your web browser and paste the following link, but do not hit the Enter key just yet: https://webapp4.asu.edu/deanslist/?acadProg=UGLA&term=2201

3. Edit the last four numbers of the web address. This must reflect the term code for the semester you want your Dean’s List certificate.

Important Note: Term codes at ASU are made up of four digits. The first three digits of the term code represent the first, third, and fourth digits of a given calendar year. The last digit represents the semester within that year: 1 for Spring, 4 for Summer and 7 for Fall. For example, Spring 2020 is 2201, Fall 2019 is 2197 and Summer 2018 is 2184. So delete the second digit of the year you want, and add 1, 4, or 7 for the semester in the web address where it says "2201".

4. Hit the “Enter” key with this new web address and the certificate will be downloaded to your device.

5. Check your Downloads folder for a PDF file named "Dean_List_for_(semester requested)" and double click to open your certificate.

Students also receive an email from The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences after each semester with a direct link to their certificate.
