Immunization Requirements for New Students at Arizona State University

Required vaccine: All students born after January 1, 1957, are required to meet the following MMR immunization requirement before class registration:

Option 1 - Provide proof of two MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella) or Measles (Rubeola) vaccinations in English. MMR/Measles #1 administered on or after your first birthday. MMR/Measles #2 administered at least 4 weeks from the first or later. At least one or both vaccinations are given after December 31, 1979.

Option 2 - Provide a copy of Measles IgG or MMR IgG lab test showing positive immunity.
