Yes, Wi-Fi is available on the Tempe-Downtown-West Valley route, Polytechnic-Tempe route, Mercado, and Tempe-West Valley Express intercampus shuttles. Simply open your network connection options and select "ASU_Arrow Wifi" network, click "Agree". Connection should begin immediately. No password is required.
Anticipate that the Wi-Fi speed will not be as quick as what you may experience on campus or at home since the bus is constantly moving throughout the Valley and will undoubtedly pass through areas on the freeway where the signal is not as strong and because many other passengers are also using the same connection.
If you still experience trouble, please email Parking and Transit Services at parking@asu.edu with the bus information, time and date you were on the shuttle using Wi-Fi.
